Traditional re-tacking. This property was stripped, new breathable felt underlay and new treated, battens installed. All old slates in good condition were re-holed and re-tacked. Existing ridges were re-bedded to complete the job.

This property was stripped of its old, flaky clay tiles. New felt underlay and new battens have been installed and a new concrete interlocking tile used to recover the roof. The original feature ridge tiles and finials have been re-fitted.
